Roaches may be shipped priority or overnight. The buyer can choose shipping methods with approval and agreement from V.W.M. Reptiles. Live arrival is guaranteed only if received on first delivery attempt. V.W.M. Reptiles is not responsible for shipper error. Roaches shipped within the following guidelines arriving unsatisfactory will be credited to buyer (minus shipping cost). Credit will be discussed between V.W.M. Reptiles and buyer at time of incident. Guarantee is void if any of the above terms have been violated. V.W.M. Reptiles reserves the right to deny service to anyone, due to shipper error, weather, etc.

Shipping is done on Monday/Tuesday only.
Priority shipping is FREE (roaches only)
Overnight shipping is a flat fee of $40.
